Remote Dekstop listening port

Everyone knows the port for Remote Desktop services, but I still want to allow access remotely.

For a quick piece of added security when using Remote Desktop change the port that it listens on. This can either be assigned through your router’s Port Forwarding functions or can be done by assigned a new value to the HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\PortNumber key in the registry. When connecting to the PC, connect to host:port, as per normal connections.
